A community-university network has collaborated to build evaluation capacity and conduct applied evaluation research for knowledge development, exchange and utilization.

The Summer Institute in Program Evaluation brings together an inter-sectoral group of community-based practitioners and university students to exchange information about evaluation for improved planning and delivery.

Are you…

  • Responsible for program monitoring and evaluation?
  • Delivering a project at the community level?
  • Interested in making programs better reflect the needs of your community?
  • A student (grad/undergrad) who wants to improve your community-based evaluation skills?
  • Seeking to network with people working in the areas of health, social services, well-being and evaluation?

"I really liked the case study process. The experience provided me with a concrete understanding of the evaluation process."
